PLN or Private Listing Network is the new acronym floating around our industry and it is a hot topic of debate. I am not here to debate the CCP rule that the national association of REALTORS® has going on, which is driving or fueling this. But I am here to talk about how state licensing law regulators better have a plan for how to handle these PLNs that are on the rise.
